The St. Patrick’s Day old city pub crawl is Canceled
With the continued concern about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Old City St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl organizers have changed the format for this year’s celebration. Check with individual participating venues for their scheduled hours, however, the pub crawl activities will be suspended.
Old City establishments are following health authority guidelines and taking extra precautions such as increased sterilization practices at each venue and hand washing/sanitizing stations placed throughout the Old City to help protect customers, employees, and our community. If you decide to celebrate this St. Patrick’s Day, please follow the guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC website available here).
The St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl has been the biggest fundraiser for the Old City Association for the past 12 years which allows us to strengthen this unique and vibrant neighborhood by planning activities and events to bring our community together, supporting our Old City businesses, and providing extra security on the weekends. All participating Old City venues are continuing their support and will be accepting donations for the OCA, or you can make a donation via the Old City Association website here.
We hope everyone has a safe and healthy St. Patrick’s Day. Slainte!
