Our 5th annual Dolly-themed festival, formerly Dolly Fest, is expanding to encompass all artists, musicians, and do-gooders that Dolly has inspired throughout her rhinestone-studded career! Rhinestone Fest will take place on June 6th and 7th at various locations in and around the Old City. Rhinestone Fest is a family friendly event and is free to attend.

Rhinestone Fest is benefiting the Historic Old City Association.
The Historic Old City Association serves to promote and advance the success of Knoxville’s Old City as a historic, unique, and vibrant neighborhood. The OCA partners with local businesses, residents, organizations, and visitors in a spectrum of ways, including live events, neighborhood advocacy, business promotion, beautification, and supporting our community.
Participating Business
Any Old City business or resident who wants to participate in Rhinestone Fest with a food or drink special, special sale, or event is welcome and encouraged! We will be compiling and sharing a Community Events calendar to help folks learn about your event! Participation is welcome any day/time during Rhinestone Fest.
