Rhinestone Fest takes place at various locations in and around the Old City.

Rhinestone Fest includes a Dolly-themed Old City Market. Enjoy a curated collection of handmade, fabulous finds, all inspired by the glitz, glamour, and unmistakable charm of the Queen of Country!
We are looking for makers, artists, bakers, and even farmers to share their wonderful creations with the community.
Please read the handbook, FAQ and photo waiver before filling out the application. In addition to the form below, each vendor is responsible for submitting 2-3 photos that best represent your work and booth setup to oldcitymarketknox@gmail.com. Please include the name of your business in the email.
