Where Exploring is Rewarding
The Old City is one of Knoxville’s most beloved and storied districts brimming with character, community, and endless things to do. The Old City Passport is your invitation to experience it all and get rewarded for your curiosity.
How it works
1. Download the app
The Old City Passport lives on your phone through the Visit Knoxville app. Grab the app so your passport’s ready wherever your adventure takes you.
2. Visit a Participating Location
With such diverse stops to choose from, there’s always somewhere new to discover and something for everyone.
3. Cash in the perk
Make a purchase or take advantage of the exclusive offer waiting at that stop. Every location has its own discount, freebie, or special incentive just for Passport holders.
4. Get stamped
Have your visit verified to collect your digital stamp and document your progress.
5. Win big
Visit 15 of the participating locations and you’ll unlock an exclusive Old City Passport gift basket including a 4-pack of tickets to a Knoxville Smokies baseball game or a ONE KNOX soccer match.
How to Claim your prize
1. Complete 15 Passport Offers
Once your digital or physical passport shows 15 completed offers you are ready to claim your prize.
2. Watch your inbox
A Visit Knoxville representative will reach out using the contact info from your passport registration.
