Knoxville Vegan Chef Challenge

During the month of March, local chefs will be competing to see who can serve up the best new vegan dishes as part of this citywide competition, Knoxville Vegan Chef Challenge. Local restaurants taking part include Simpl, Bluetick Tavern & Tap, Yum Yum’s Patisserie, Kianga’s Kitchen, Floyds Snack Shack, Seoul Brothers, The Sugar Queen Creamery, Southland Books and Cafe, The Bird and The Book, The Tomato Head, KoPita Authentic Mediterranean, Fräuleinwunder Bakery, SoKno Sourdough, Vegateaun, Tarik’s North African, Bistro at the Bijou, A Dopo Sourdough Pizza and Holy Land Market, Koyo, Captain Muchachos, Frothy Monkey, and Hong’s Kitchen in Old City. Diners can try the new special menu dishes all month long, and at the end the top voted on chefs will be awarded and prizes given to the top voters! GO, EAT, VOTE, Knoxville TN.
